Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Fresno, CA)

Bright Basin Facilities is a facilities company in Fresno with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Track spending on contractor visits and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
