Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Beacon Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
