Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Mill Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Fort Worth presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
