Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Juniper Facilities is a facilities company in Fort Worth with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 845 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
