Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (El Paso, TX)

Amberfield Orchard Arts Center is an arts centre in El Paso with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
