Redstone Granite Housing Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
