Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Detroit, MI)

Bright Junction Housing Partners manages affordable housing communities across Detroit. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
