Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Union Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
