Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Detroit, MI)

Cedar Keystone Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
