Stonegate Birch Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
