Clearpath Vista Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
