Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Denver, CO)

Summit Bright Housing Partners is a nonprofit housing provider in Denver. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
