Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Oak Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
