Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Glen Facilities Group is a facilities company in Denver with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
