Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Denver, CO)

Rivermark Birch Civic Services supports public agencies in Denver with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Denver. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on permits and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
