Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Columbus, OH)

Westbrook Sparrow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Columbus, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
