Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Columbus, OH)

Foxglove Pike Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Columbus. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
