Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Columbus, OH)

Foxglove Umber Hospitality is a hospitality company in Columbus with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
