Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
