Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Yarrow Civic Services Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on permits and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
