Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Columbus, OH)

Northwind Oak Facilities looks after properties across the Columbus region, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
