Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Harbor Arts Center is an arts centre in Columbus with a full calendar of events, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
