Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Cedar Hospitality is a hospitality company in Cleveland with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
