Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Cincinnati, OH)

Highbridge Cedar Facilities looks after properties across the Cincinnati region. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on contractor visits and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
