Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Cincinnati, OH)

Cedar Harbor Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Cincinnati, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
