Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Cincinnati, OH)

Stonegate Drift Facilities is a facilities company in Cincinnati with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
