Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Chicago, IL)

Northwind Quarry Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Chicago, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
