Foxglove Drift Civic Services is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 264 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on permits and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
