Greenridge Lantern Property Management is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on lease renewals and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
