Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Chicago, IL)

Bluepeak Corner Property Management manages apartment communities around Chicago. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
