Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Chicago, IL)

Greenridge Lantern Property Management is a Chicago property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on unit turnovers and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
