Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Chicago, IL)

Rivermark Quill Hospitality Associates runs guest-focused properties across the Chicago area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
