Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Chicago, IL)

Rivermark Vista Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Chicago. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
