Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Charlotte, NC)

Ironwood Meridian Hospitality Partners runs guest-focused properties across the Charlotte area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
