Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Nova Timber Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
