Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Ivory Facilities is a facilities company in Charlotte with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on contractor visits and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
