Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Granite Property Management is a Buffalo property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 904 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
