Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Vale Housing manages affordable housing communities across Buffalo, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
