Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Buffalo, NY)

Foxglove Oak Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Buffalo presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
