Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Boston, MA)

Fernwood Quarry Facilities looks after properties across the Boston region, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
