Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Boston, MA)

Foxglove Oak Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Boston. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 370 people based in Boston. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
