Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Boston, MA)

Lumen Ivory Facilities looks after properties across the Boston region. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Boston. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
