Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Boise, ID)

Northwind Bridge Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Boise area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 580 people based in Boise. What you will do • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
