Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Granite Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Boise. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Boise. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
