Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Boise, ID)

Highbridge Cedar Facilities is a facilities company in Boise with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
