Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Basin Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Boise. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
