Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Birmingham, AL)

Harborlight Hollow Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
