Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Birmingham, AL)

Bluepeak Corner Housing manages affordable housing communities across Birmingham. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 897 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
