Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Hollow Arts Center and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
