Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova Harbor Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
